Camp Williams Military HVAC
Strategic HVAC system installation for Camp Williams military facility. Mission-critical climate control engineered for demanding operational requirements and extreme reliability.
The Challenge
Military facilities demand the highest levels of reliability and performance. The Camp Williams installation required HVAC systems that could operate continuously in Utah's extreme temperature swings, from sub-zero winters to 100°F+ summers, while maintaining strict environmental controls for sensitive equipment and personnel comfort.
Our Solution
Precision Air Management designed a redundant commercial HVAC system with backup capacity to ensure zero downtime. High-efficiency rooftop units with advanced filtration were paired with zone-based controls to serve administrative offices, equipment areas, and common spaces independently. The system was engineered to military specifications for durability and serviceability.
Scope of Work
Full system design meeting military specifications, installation of redundant rooftop units with backup heating and cooling, advanced air filtration systems, zone-based automated controls, ductwork fabrication and installation, comprehensive commissioning and documentation, and training for facility maintenance staff.
Results & Outcomes
The installation has operated with 100% uptime since completion. Energy efficiency exceeds the original design targets by 12%. The redundant system design has been commended by facility commanders and serves as a benchmark for future military HVAC projects in the region.
